Double layer illusion tulle veil with hand-cut edges. The top layer is shorter than the bottom layer & can be worn as a blusher if desired. Double layer veils style well with fit & flare dresses and ball gowns; by adding volume above the waist, double layer veils balance the skirt fullness of these silhouettes.
