A Recap of Our Vancouver Spring 2015 Trunk Show March 30 2015, 0 Comments

This past weekend saw the launch of our veil collection at our Vancouver Spring 2015 Trunk Show, which was held at the Soirée Lounge's beautiful new Yaletown location. We thought that we would share some of the highlights with you, so that you will have an idea of what to expect when a trunk show comes to your city!

Wondering what a trunk show is? It's primarily a chance to view an entire collection all at once, as well as an opportunity to receive one-on-one style advice from our bridal stylists! We aim to make our trunk shows memorable events to share with family and friends too, by offering treats, mimosas, and good company.

Our thanks to Jelger + Tanja, who captured these moments for us.

With over 30 veils in the collection, most available in a choice of ivory, light ivory, and diamond white, we offer something for everyone! Trunk show brides especially loved our Lily Veil, a chapel length hand-cut edge veil, which rents for $96 and our Delicate Chantilly Veil, a fingertip length veil with Chantilly lace along the bottom, which rents for $95.

It was a treat to have Jenny of Mink Makeup and Hair with us at the trunk show! She spoke with each bride about the looks that they were considering, offered styling advice, then created gorgeous hairstyles for the brides to try on headpieces and veils with. We love that our brides had such individual style: from low braided boho looks, to retro waves and loose curls.

The sweetest treat of all that day was this sweets table, custom designed for our brides, by Harjeet of Sweet Treats! We still aren't sure which were tastier, the French vanilla cake pops, or the macarons in a variety of amazing flavors.

Thank you to all of the wonderful brides that attended our trunk show! We will be announcing our next trunk show location soon so be sure to join our mailing list so that you are amongst the first to hear where our next city will be!

The Brielle Comb can be styled in too many fabulous ways to count; we like the idea of styling it like this with your veil, then moving it to the side for your reception.
